2022 A+ Homes Forum — Decoding Housing Proformas

Learn the actual costs of building new A+ Homes in Chester County during the Chester County Planning Commission's annual Housing Forum on Tuesday, November 15!
This year's forum will take place at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in West Chester and via Zoom from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Example proformas will be presented by Ryan Bailey of Pennrose, followed by a panel discussion with local developers and a municipal official on actionable municipal strategies to help make A+ Homes pencil out.
Guest speakers include:

- Eli Kahn, President and Founder of Ekahn Development
- Tracy Patches, Director of Development for the Church Housing Cooperation
- Kevin Gore, Borough Building and Housing Director for the Borough of West Chester
We encourage anyone who is able to attend in-person do so to gain the most out of the event. However, a virtual option is also available.
