Planners Forum 1

On October 2, CCPC held its seventeenth semi-annual Planners' Forum with over 80 planners coming together to learn about current topics such as electric vehicle (EV) charging, planning for flooding, and active transportation. The forum took place both in-person, at the Uwchlan Township Building and virtually, featuring a number of excellent presentations.

Sean Greene, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's Office of Freight and Clean Transportation Manager, discussed clean transportation and the criteria for locating EV charging stations.

Grant DeCosta, Brandywine Conservancy Director of Community Services, provided an overview of the draft Brandywine Flood study.

And Brian Donovan, Bowman Transportation and Project Planner, highlighted best practices in Upper Uwchlan Township's new active transportation plan.

Overall, it was a great forum, and we look forward to the next one!
