Urban Centers
Chester County's Urban Centers are the 15 boroughs and the city of Coatesville that serve as civic, economic, and population centers, each with a traditional town character including historic downtowns and established neighborhoods. The Urban Centers represent concentrations of population, employment, commerce, institutions, and services for the County.
