Built in 1902 to house the cannery for the Eastern Condensed Milk Company, in 1960 it switched to canning mushrooms until 2003. The structure was adaptively reused and reopened in 2016 as a beer garden, arts, and entertainment location. Incorporated in the design are reclaimed pieces of the building itself such as repurposed whirlybirds from the roof used as chandeliers.
